100ft Heavy Sandbag Carry
*For Man Makers you’ll need 2 dumbbells. Each rep consists of:
1 Renegade Row per Side
1 Pushup
1 Burpee Deadlift
1 Hang Clean into Thruster (AKA Cluster)
1 Overhead Walking Lunge per Leg
Return Dumbbells to Ground
For the heavy sandbag, something you can move unbroken. If no sandbag available, cradle a few weight plates, dumbbells, or kettlebells
This is a real grinder!
