Find a weight and a height box that you can manage at least 5 Step Up and Overs unbroken. Scale Double unders to Penguin Jumps (jump in air and smack thighs twice, to simulate timing of Dub’s), and Toes to Bar to either Knees to Elbow, Knee Raises, or V-Ups.
