5 Rounds:
10 Deadlift
8 Hang Power Clean
6 Push Press
4 Burpees Over Bar
20cal Bike (or Row)

Use a weight that you can at least cycle the individual movements through. Barbell is ideal, but use dumbbells if that’s all you have. If no bike or rower available, scale with a 300m Run
