40 Dumbbell Deadlifts
30 Burpees Over Dumbbell
150ft Walking Lunge W/DB
100 Double Unders
30 DB DL
20 Burpees Over DB
100ft Walking Lunge W/DB
100 Double Unders
20DB DL
10 Burpees Over DB

You will need a set of dumbbells, or kettlebells for the deadlifts. Use ONE of the bells for the lunge, and only burpee over ONE. Scale double unders to penguin jumps.
