8 Shoulder to Overhead
Use 1 barbell, or 1 or 2 sets of dumbbells. Choose a height on box jumps that will cause you to move through them slower (ie 30″), so that the focus is on powering the weighted movements. Strict press, push press, or push jerk can all be utilized.
