8 2-Minute Rounds:
10 Hang Power Cleans
10 Pushups
10 Air Squats

Use a weight that you can cycle the 10 reps unbroken. Scale the pushups up to handstand pushups, or wear a vest if you want an additional layer of challenge on the bodyweight movements. This should leave you with 30 seconds to a minute of rest.
