Box Jump Overs

Devils Press is essentially a burpee and double dumbbell snatch combined. There are tons of videos online. Pick a weight where the VOLUME is challenging to do at or near unbroken, not a weight that is challenging to MOVE. Scale the movement into segments as needed.

For the box jump overs, a jump up and step down the other side is fine, or make it more challenging by jumping over the box completely.
