5 Rounds:
100ft Dumbbell Racked Walking Lunge
12 Strict Pullups
* Between Rounds, Rest HALF as long as each round takes to complete

The idea here is for the intervals to be fast. If it took 90 seconds to complete 1 round, rest 45 seconds, then start next round. If that one takes 2:10, rest 1:05, etc.

Pick a heavy enough set of dumbbells or kettlebells that the lunges are challenging. Scale pullups up or down as needed.
